The bike is very, well built and it's fun to ride again.

I withheld one star because there is apparently no way to unlock the speed control that keeps you at 19 mph, unless peddling. I would like to get as close to the legal 28 mph as possible without peddling.

I bout this bike almost a month ago now and it has served me well. I’ve put 300 miles on it and she rides like she did out of the box. So the quality is there, but time and wear and tear are there own issue.
I absolutely love it.

Con: the front fender broke yesterday on my ride home from work. Completely due to RUST. I ride in all conditions if I can. It’s my only form of transportation. But the screw hole rusted and snapped in half. It’s not an issue and I like the way it looks without the front fender anyway. It’s just definitely going to give protection from water kicking up if they made that design a little better. Maybe use a thin steel fender, rather than aluminum. Just keep it dry if you buy one.

I have been very happy with this product and the customer service. I have had a couple problems(due to my own fault) and customer service has been amazing. I am buying a second one just because of this.

My experience with Windone started off frustrating. Shortly after receiving the e-bike, a local bike shop discovered a manufacturing defect where the rear wheel was detaching from the frame and confirmed it was not repairable. While the product was under warranty, the initial back-and-forth with customer service was lengthy, with repeated suggestions that didn’t address the actual issue.

Eventually, Windone agreed to inspect the bike and covered the shipping to their warehouse. I had to pay out of pocket for packaging, but they later partially reimbursed that cost. After inspection, they provided a refurbished replacement bike and ultimately issued a full refund—which I truly appreciate.

While I was hoping for a smoother process and a brand-new unit under warranty, I give Windone credit for ultimately standing behind their product. Their willingness to go the extra mile in the end earns my appreciation.

The windone e2 is worth $1700 but we paid $1000!!!

I left my original review on Jan 4, 2025 about the bike. Still absolutely love it! My 13 year old has put over 1,000 miles on it now and rides it every day. We had an issue with the battery so I emailed customer support. They were responsive and once they had all the info they needed, they now have a new battery on the way. Still highly recommend!

Love the bike. It perfect for bike riding with my 6 year old daughter. Came quickly. I was they had a bracket for back to load a cooler or speaker. That is the only complaint. Great product so far. I will get it some more time and put another review in six months

Awesome bike with a few updates..... 

I am injured but I was able to assemble the Windone with ease. Now, the pedal assist cycling is actually helping my hip. Great design. Really fun.

62 years old as a old school dirt bike rider I am impressed that a battery powered bicycle set up like a dirtbike would be so much fun and it’s all good quality. Been writing it for a couple of weeks with no problems. I am going to buy another battery so I can enjoy it even more than I do share it with family and let them ride it while I’m not there.

Love my bike the best bang for the buck . I brought two one for me and my brother he loves it, I ride to and from work great commuter bike the issue I'm having so far is that my left cranck arm keeps coming loose but that's an easy fix

I just received my Windone E2 a week ago and the packaging was great. Also, the assembly was relatively easy. So far I have not done much riding due to the weather but it has been a pleasure to reach further distances on a comfortable ride.

I got this for my wife for her birthday since she enjoyed my daughter's ebike so much. She absolutely loves it. Assembly was straightforward and everything worked as advertised. Great value.
